STAFF
Staff in Imperial Griffins are entrusted with team leadership, strategic policy oversight, foundational support, and high-level membership management. This is a highly restricted group, limited to individuals we trust and who meet the rigorous standards of Imperial Griffins.
CFI
Our instructors are selected for their exceptional skill, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Each one is trained through our Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) program to lead structured lessons, evaluate pilot performance, and uphold squadron standards.

This group is composed of individuals who have passed — or are progressing through — the qualification tiers required to become Imperial Griffins pilots.
